Paneer Masala using NDH Nagendra Kitchen King Masala

Ingredients:

  • 200 gm paneer, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp NDH Nagendra Kitchen King Masala
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 green chillies, slit
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears. Then add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil starts separating from the sides of the pan.
  3. Add the NDH Nagendra Kitchen King Masala and slit green chillies to the pan, and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add the paneer cubes to the pan and gently mix to ensure the paneer is well coated with the masala. Add salt to taste.
  5. Add water as needed to achieve your desired curry consistency, then cover the pan and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  6. Once the paneer is cooked and the flavors are well blended, turn off the heat and garnish your Paneer Masala with fresh coriander leaves.
