Ingredients:
- 500 gm mutton, cleaned and cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp NDHNagendra Mutton Masala
- 1 tsp NDH Nagendra Garam Masala
- 1 tsp NDH Nagendra Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp NDH Nagendra Red Chilli Powder
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 green chillies, slit
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Marinate the mutton with NDH Nagendra Mutton Masala, NDH Nagendra Turmeric Powder, NDH Nagendra Red Chilli Powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears. Then add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil starts separating from the sides of the pan.
- Add the marinated mutton to the pan and stir well to mix it with the masala. Add the slit green chillies and cook on high heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle NDH Nagendra Garam Masala over the mutton and stir to combine.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let it cook for about 20-30 minutes, or until the mutton is fully cooked. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and add water as needed to achieve your desired curry consistency.
- Once the mutton is cooked and the flavors are well blended, turn off the heat and garnish your Mutton Masala with fresh coriander leaves.
