Fish Curry using NDH Nagendra Fish Curry Masala

Ingredients:

  • 500 gm fish fillets
  • 2 tbsp NDH Nagendra Fish Curry Masala
  • 1 tsp NDH Nagendra Turmeric Powder
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 green chillies, slit
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry. Marinate the fish with NDH Nagendra Fish Curry Masala, NDH Nagendra Turmeric Powder, and salt. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

  5. Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  6. Once the fish is cooked, turn off the heat and garnish your curry with fresh coriander leaves.
