Aloo Gobi using NDH Nagendra Sabji Masala

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tsp NDH Nagendra Sabji Masala
  • 1/2 tsp NDH Nagendra Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp NDH Nagendra Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the potato cubes and sauté them until they are golden and crispy. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add the cauliflower florets and sauté until they start to brown. Remove them from the pan and set aside with the potatoes.
  3. In the remaining oil, add the NDH Nagendra Sabji Masala, NDH Nagendra Turmeric Powder, and NDH Nagendra Red Chilli Powder. Stir for a few seconds until the spices are well mixed with the oil.
  4. Add the sautéed potatoes and cauliflower back into the pan and stir well to coat the vegetables with the spice mixture. Add salt to taste.
  5. Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
  6. Once the vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat and garnish your Aloo Gobi with fresh coriander.
  7. Your Aloo Gobi with NDH Nagendra Sabji Masala is ready to serve! It can be served with rotis, naan, or rice for a complete meal.
