Ingredients:
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 tsp NDH Nagendra Sabji Masala
- 1/2 tsp NDH Nagendra Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp NDH Nagendra Red Chilli Powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the potato cubes and sauté them until they are golden and crispy. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the cauliflower florets and sauté until they start to brown. Remove them from the pan and set aside with the potatoes.
- In the remaining oil, add the NDH Nagendra Sabji Masala, NDH Nagendra Turmeric Powder, and NDH Nagendra Red Chilli Powder. Stir for a few seconds until the spices are well mixed with the oil.
- Add the sautéed potatoes and cauliflower back into the pan and stir well to coat the vegetables with the spice mixture. Add salt to taste.
- Cover the pan and let the vegetables cook on low heat for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even cooking.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, turn off the heat and garnish your Aloo Gobi with fresh coriander.
- Your Aloo Gobi with NDH Nagendra Sabji Masala is ready to serve! It can be served with rotis, naan, or rice for a complete meal.
